BB Smoothie Recipe
Ingredients (1 serving):
90g Frozen blueberries
2 cup Almond milk
1 tsp Vanilla extract
1/2 tsp Grounded nutmeg
30gr vanilla protein powder (optional)
Pour the frozen blueberries, the almond milk, protein powder (optional) and vanilla extract in a blender.
Grate some fresh nutmeg and add to the blender.
Blend for 1-2 min.
Serve fresh in a glass and drink immediately to get the maximum benefits.
